In 1980 The American Legion Adirondack Post 70, Gurtler Brothers Post 420 Veterans of Foreign Wars and Dominick Smaldone Italian American Post 35 worked together to add three more plaques to the War Memorial.  This plaque is dedicated to those who served their country in The Viet Nam Era.
