Saratoga County meeting was held on June 3, 2009 at Old Saratoga Post #
278, 4 Clancy St., Schuylerville, NY.
Meeting as convened at 8:00 PM by Commander Bill McBride. The
colors were posted. A brief
prayer offered by the Chaplain. POW*MIA
placed by the 2nd Vice Commander and remembrance observed.

County Committee is sending one person each year. It is supposed to be the
next County Commander. Who is going? Cost is $200 + Gas. (Open

Caucus-June 3, 2009, in accordance with Article IX of our County By-Laws.
Posts are to submit a list of delegates for the County Caucus in June
2009. The
Article reads as follows: “ARTICLE
IX-REPRESENTATION OF POSTS AT THE ANNUAL COUNTY CONVENTION Sec
1. Each Post shall duly
elect it’s delegates and alternates to the Annual County Convention and
shall provide the County Adjutant a listing indication delegates and
alternates names, addresses and telephone numbers certifying their election,
such listings shall be provided at least 20

McBride gave a thank you speech for the past 3 years he served as Commander Next
meeting to be held on September 2, 2009 at Mohican Post #553, 29 First St., S.
Glens Falls, NY. Dinner will be at 7:00 PM, meeting at 8:00 PM. Chaplain
led us in a memorial service for departed members. Meeting
adjourned at 9:30 PM Minutes
