Saratoga County Rural Preservation Company	The Saratoga County RPC is a transitional shelter for homeless Veterans. The house is a place to live while vets sort out the issues that have brought us here. The main purpose of the house is to provide food and shelter. The house does have a secondary purpose and that is to provide us with any living skills vets need to improve.
