Horace D. Washburn Post 533 and William J Varney Post 862 worked together to build a ramp for Matt Welch December 18, 2004. Matt was wounded while serving in Iraq with the 2nd 108th Infantry NY Army National Guard.  Matt will be returning home shortly to recuperate.
